ENLondra merkezli prodüktör ve sanatçı Glasxs, 12 Nisan Cumartesi akşamı Londra’da, Paper Dress Vintage sahnesinde akustik bir performansla dinleyicileriyle buluşuyor. Konser, yurt dışındaki Türk sanatçılara alan açan Gigue Production organizasyonuyla düzenleniyor. Etkinlik akşamı Oh Voyage’a destek verecek Glasxs’in sahnesine Evdeki Saat’ten Eren Alıcı ve Alarga’dan Çağın Kırca da konuk olacak.
Glasxs, konserle ilgili yaptığı açıklamada protesto hakkını kullanan yurttaşlara yönelik baskılara dikkat çekerek, demokratik değerlerin savunulmasının önemini vurguladı.
Glasxs, geçtiğimiz ay yayımladığı yeni teklisi “öptüm, öldüm, bye xx” ile 2025’e müzikal bir çıkış yaptı. Punk tınıların nostaljik göndermelerle buluştuğu parça, bir zombi ponpon kızın sevgilisine yazdığı dramatik ve mizahi sözlerle dikkat çekiyor.
Müzikal üretimleri kadar politik ve toplumsal meselelere duyarlılığıyla da öne çıkan Glasxs, hem sahnede hem sokakta sesini yükseltmeye devam ediyor.
London-based producer/artist Glasxs will be meeting her audience with an acoustic performance on the evening of Saturday, 12 April at Paper Dress Vintage in London. The concert is organised by Gigue Production, which creates a platform for Turkish artists abroad. Glasxs will be supporting Oh Voyage on the night, and she’ll be joined on stage by Eren Alıcı from Evdeki Saat and Çağın Kırca from Alarga.
In a statement about the concert, Glasxs drew attention to the pressure faced by citizens exercising their right to protest, emphasising the importance of defending democratic values.
Glasxs kicked off 2025 musically with her latest single “öptüm, öldüm, bye xx” released last month. Blending punk sounds with nostalgic references, the track features dramatic and humorous lyrics written from the perspective of a zombie cheerleader addressing her lover.
Known not only for her musical work but also for her sensitivity to political and social issues, Glasxs continues to raise her voice both on stage and in the streets.
